Took the Gladiator out for it’s first camping trip. It was just a quick overnighter to North Fork Park as a shakedown run. Everything worked great and because it sits slightly higher than my old Frontier the space under the roof top tent on the passenger side is a little better suited to kick back in a chair and watch the rain come down.

One great feature once I got to my camp site was the pitch and roll indicator. I was able to use this to find the most level spot to park. After a little shoveling under the passenger front and rear tire I was able to get pretty close to level – at least enough that I didn’t have any issues while sleeping.

North Fork Park is home to some great mountain bike trails and with all of the available camping it makes a great destination for a weekend mountain bike camping trip!
